KAZPROMGAZ LLP Company was established in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 173 dated February 5, 2000. By the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 30, 2021 No. 852, KAZPROMGAZ TOO was granted the status of a National Company.
"KAZPROMGAZ TOO" is a portfolio company of JSC "NWF "Samruk-Kazyna". The company manages a centralized infrastructure for the transportation of commercial gas through main gas pipelines and gas distribution networks, provides international transit and sells gas on domestic and foreign markets, develops, finances, builds and operates pipelines and gas storage facilities.
Together, the group of companies of "KAZPROMGAZ TOO" operates gas pipelines with a total length of about 76 thousand km. Including 20 thousand km of main gas pipelines with an annual capacity of up to 267.8 billion. m3 and gas distribution networks with a length of about 56 thousand km
Currently, the group of companies "KAZPROMGAZ" is represented in 11 regions of Kazakhstan: Almaty Aktobe Atyrau East Kazakhstan Zhambylskaya West Kazakhstan Karaganda Kostanay Kyzylorda Mangystau Turkestan regions as well as in the cities of republican significance - the capital of Kazakhstan, Astana, Almaty and Shymkent.
